see there are 2 sides to “plus size/bbw”. there’s the hour glass, tight bodied girls that have flat stomachs, some cellulite a la London Andrews, Francine Maupin, and those that fall into that category. That’s the BBW that are more desired/wanted/praised. plus size/bbw is also the women that are fat, that have fat rolls, small tits and not so small waist lines. I believe the ‘average’ American woman is a size 12-14. Size 16 ain’t that far off, but, b/c of the European “standard” set by the likes of Twiggy in the 60s, America has had a love affair with ‘thin’ women. Women (white women) then became obsessed with losing weight and burning calories, where as before, a women with hips was desired and praised!

Remember, Marilyn Monroe was approx a size 12 (by today’s clothing standards) and her weight fluctuated btwn 120-145+ lbs. Same goes with Betty Page.

Or that whole heroin chic thing that I didn’t understand at all. So basically it’s one of those things that you have to diss em if you can’t join them? Boney bitches have to make healthy girls feel bad because a bunch of gay fashion designers like their women to look like 10 year old boys.
